CCCM 2025 National Conference Reflection by Claire Morrison

The Campus Ministers’ gathering was restorative, inspiring and thought provoking. After 3 years in the position of Campus Minister at St. Thomas University, I had underestimated how nourishing it would be to feel explicitly ministered to. I was touched by the sincerity of the exchanges among my fellow Campus Ministers, and by the commonalities in our challenges. I found great hope in the openness of the sharing, the willingness to lend our efforts towards a united call, and the accompaniment of our episcopal liaison, Bishop Lobsinger. Having come into the faith through a CCSA conference in 2000, the work of the CCCM is close to my heart and I am grateful for the framework of student conferences and the network with the international community that it has established over the years.
