  • This conference is geared towards all involved in Catholic Campus Ministry and Chaplaincy in post-secondary institutions in Canada. Members and Partners with the Canadian Catholic Campus Ministry meet yearly at this conference which includes the annual general meeting. At the AGM, we elect the Executive Board Members for the upcoming year. Non-members of the CCCM and the public are welcome to attend.

  • The 2026 CCCM Conference will take place at Corpus Christi College, St. Mark’s College at UBC, and St. Mark’s Parish in Vancouver, BC.

  • The fee for current Members and Partners is $300. For Non-Members and the general public, the fee is $600. If you would like to become a member, click here for more info.

    The fee includes the conference sessions, most meals, and conference materials. It does not include accommodations or any ground transportation costs.

  • Check the accommodations page for a list of on campus accommodations.

  • A limited number of parking spots are available on campus. Additional parking is available at UBC North parkade or Rose Garden parkade. Click here for UBC parking info.
