Meet a Campus Minister – Annette Donovan

Annette Donovan serves as Campus Minister at King’s University College in London, Ontario. 

Annette was born in Toronto. She completed her Master of Divinity (1995) at St. Michael’s College, Toronto School of Theology and is presently working towards a Doctorate of Ministry at the same institution.

Annette has worked as a coordinator for family ministry at Donway Covenant United church in Toronto, a high school chaplain and youth minister in a Roman Catholic context, and coordinated diocesan youth events in both the Vancouver and London dioceses. Along with her husband Jim Panchaud she has facilitated Parish Mission and Retreat experiences, and liturgical workshops. 

Annette has been working as a Campus Minister at King’s University college since 2008 where she coordinates social justice and outreach initiatives, formation opportunities such as bible study, retreats, Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) and student conferences. She is also responsible for liturgical preparations and assists with the ongoing formation of servers, lectors, and eucharistic ministers.  She also plays an active role in connecting students to the Canadian Catholic Students Association.

She currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Canadian Catholic Campus Ministry.
